How to Initiate a Return?

Our return policy extends for 30 days from the date of receipt of the item. To commence a return process, kindly contact us at info@wchcosmetics.com, providing your order number or email address. Await confirmation from our manager.

Upon acceptance of your return request, you will receive a confirmation email containing a return shipping label and detailed shipping instructions. Please adhere to these guidelines when preparing the items for return. It is imperative to note that items sent back without a formal return request will not be accepted.

Which Items are Returnable?

Items eligible for return must be in the original condition, unworn or unused, with all tags intact, and in their original packaging. A proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is also required.

Which Items are Non-Returnable?

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Discounted items (if applicable)
  • Custom products (including special orders or personalized items)
  • Opened personal care goods (such as beauty products and personal hygiene items)

Received a Damaged Item?

Upon receiving your order, kindly inspect the items promptly. If you identify any defects, damages, or discrepancies with your order, please notify us within 3 business days from the delivery date. You can choose if you need a free replacement (if this item is in stock) or a refund.

Can Items be Exchanged?

For expedited service, we recommend returning the item in question and subsequently making a separate purchase for the desired item.
